Founded in 2014 with the focus on authenticity and tradition, Casey Jones Distillery offers daily tours and 20+ award-winning craft bourbons, barrel-cuts and ‘shines to taste. At the heart of the distillery is a unique square pot copper still designed and pioneered by the distillery’s namesake. During prohibition, Casey Jones’ signature square stills became legendary where he crafted hundreds in the area now known as the Land Between the Lakes. Today the legend lives on as his grandson Arlon Casey Jones continues the craft distilling on his version of what could be the only square pot copper distillation in the world.
